Alot of people ask me the exact same question over and over so I decided that I will make a FAQ section for this site because it is becoming annoying answering the same question 3 or 4 times. 1.) Whats the point of a site, what can the government do to our rights as gamers? my response: The senate is being asked to pass a series of bills that will hinder what people will be able to a.) watch on tv, b.) hear on the radio, c.) what we can play when it comes to video games. You say that they cant do that much, but a senator wants to set up committes for every area that will monitor these 3 things. 2.)Why do you think people want to blame violent video games for the recent acts of violence? my responce: because they dont want to look at who is really responsible - that would be the parents who do not watch little "johnny" like they should. When he grabs one of daddys guns and shoots up his school they say "he played the game DOOM quite often, and he was always on the computer playing violent games." to that I say "with that logic I should have shot up half of the state of Indiana" - Bobby | |||||||||||||||||
